memberYou is an online Community that enables you to organize your leisure actively. The aim is that everyone can find people with the same interests so that you can exercise your favorite hobbies without being dependent on specific people, place or time.



Besides that everybody has the opportunity to look after Clubs that cover the topics you care most about. If you cannot find any, you habe the possibility to create specific Clubs. These Clubs are virtual places where you can meet people that share your interests and get in touch with them or discuss interesting topics.



Last but not least you can look after other members and get in touch with them. By becoming virtual friends you can share pictures and communicate! It is always interesting to figure out if you are really linked with Roger Federer across six friends.

The idea of memberYou was created in our university time. The former students Jonas Zeier and Roland Schmid were disappointed because of missing teammates to play sports. That was the reason to start building up a community where you can find other people with the same interests so that you are able to play soccer on an sunday afternoon.



Together with the two coding-guys Daniel Wenger and Mitchl Miluska the project was started in October 2006. At 15th of May the platform was launched with a starting event.
